Designed as a pair, Knock Box and Tamping Station keep everything exactly where it should be. Cast from solid silicone rubber, the two-part system includes a Knock Box for your coffee pucks and a Tamping Station compatible with bottomless and double-spout portafilters. The durable material absorbs impact while protecting your countertop, making clean-up effortless and contained.

When not in use, both pieces nest together and sit on the R1 and R2 drip trays — serving as storage for your tamper and small accessories

my Previous machine was a sage Barista and I was craving something that was a little more of a manual experience. The Anza is perfect in its minimalism that you really have to dial the machine in to how you like it and I love that process. The design is ofcourse a big factor, it looks beautiful in our kitchen and literally doubles up as a piece of usable art.
